Greg Heikoop

P.T., D.P.T

Physiotherapist

After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2003, Greg moved to Whistler to experience life on the West Coast. He later began his Master of Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, graduating in May 2006. More recently, Greg has furthered his education by completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Greg believes that physiotherapy is for everyone—not just athletes or those living with chronic pain. He places a strong emphasis on patient education, helping individuals better understand their bodies so they can improve function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Many of Greg’s patients have experienced meaningful improvement through active and preventative physiotherapy that supports their work, daily activities, and long-term health. His clinical focus is on orthopaedic care across a wide range of populations, with an emphasis on one-to-one manual therapy and truly patient-centred treatment.

Greg has a strong passion for differential diagnosis and is committed to providing a high level of assessment. He strives to educate patients not only about their current injury, but also about strategies to prevent future injury. Continuing education is a priority for Greg, and he has completed post-graduate training in vestibular rehabilitation and acupuncture.

No doctor’s note is required to book physiotherapy, and physiotherapists can accept all physician prescriptions and referrals.
